Undergraduate Processional

Processional

Please note that there will be no rehearsal. Proceed directly to the Field House by 1:00 pm. Signs will indicate the location of your School / College. Marshals will help form lines in the building and lead the processional to Gampel Pavilion. You will be seated in reserved sections according to your school or college affiliation.

You will be presented for degrees by your School or College. The Marshals will direct you. You will receive your diploma cover (we anticipate diplomas will be mailed by the Registrar's Office within a couple of months) from the Dean. You will be congratulated, have your photograph taken, return to your seat and be seated. Please remain seated until the ceremony has been completed. The ceremony is expected to last approximately 1.5 hours.

Recessional

After completion of the exercises, the President will lead the recession of the platform party, followed by the Deans, faculty, and staff. You and your guests will be asked to remain seated until all the above personnel have left.
